About this course

Managed Fusion is a collaborative effort between you and Lucidworks to support your search operations. In this course, we'll cover the processes in place for promotions and workflows.

Goal: After taking this course, you will be able to identify what makes up Managed Fusion and promote changes between environments using specific guidelines outlined by Lucidworks.

Course Objectives:

Describe user roles and their responsibilities.
Define user capabilities.
Outline the promotion process.
Specify Lucidworks SLAs and how support works with you.

Prerequisites: None!

What you should know: Experience with Fusion’s query workbench is necessary in order to be successful in this course. If you are brand new to Fusion or are unfamiliar with its basic components, take our Fusion Architecture eLearning first prior to completing this course.
